good afternoon. I am sorry to report after speaking to the county they are closing the park for the weekend and we will have to cancel the event.
Any payments made will be refunded asap.
Sorry it didn't work out this weekend and we sure hope to see everyone soon.

good morning
We just spoke with Bradley County, who control the fields this weekend, and they are officially closing their parks for Tomorrow.
They report, they are over saturated on their fields due to heavy rain they have received, and are continuing to receive this morning.
We are going to work with them today to asses, and make them playable for Sunday and allow us to play a 1 day.
With the amount of fields if we can get them all playable, we will still be able to get all games in, and finish at a reasonable time.
We wish we had better news, and apologize for the inconvenience, but felt like it was more important to make sure everyone knew ASAP.
